Do you mean consent to treatment, issues around mental capacity, children consenting to treatment, Gillik capacity for children, in loco parentis, etc?

I'm far too far away, but I could point you at some good UK policies.

sorry to be vague.
my specific need right now is to find someone or ones to lead/facilitate a workshop or roundtable around sexual consent to a group of people who happen to be herb and vegetable farmers and/or holistic healthcare providers (ie my community). and i hope to relate the issue of sexual consent to caregiver consent. this is a need we have had for awhile but feels more urgent due to a specific event. i know it's not 100% "herbwifery" but i feel that it relates to our community of caregivers and will help us be better at what we do, in many ways.

The first place I would look is at state law.

I'm still unclear as to what you are looking for..
State law rules.
Communities can agree to break the law but individuals can call them in on it if they feel violated.
